Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wulse (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Wellness disclaimer

Wulse is a self-reflection and wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local emergency services immediately.

The insights, assessments, and reports generated by Wulse are based on self-reported data and are intended for personal reflection only. They should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, or employment decisions.

Description of service

Wulse is a mobile application that allows you to privately track your daily work-related energy and wellbeing. All data is stored locally on your device and encrypted. The App does not require an account or collect personal information.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Wulse offers free features and optional paid Pro plans. Available options and prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

• Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase.
• Payment: All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Wulse does not have access to your payment information.
• Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.
• Access after cancellation: If you cancel a subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups you create. Since Wulse stores all data locally, losing your device or deleting the App without a backup will result in permanent data loss.

Intellectual property

Wulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Héber and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wulse and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
